Refunds requested for Festival Badge
cancellations must be in writing and postmarked no
later than Nov. 1, 2004. A $10.00 handling
charge will be applied. Refund requests postmarked after
Nov. 1, 2005 will be issued as vouchers valid for
the following year's West Coast Ragtime Festival.
