The Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova is the official home for the West Coast Ragtime Festival. The
hotel has provided a large block of upscale rooms. As in previous years we will have six venues, all
under the same roof &mash; no mad dashes across a wet parking lot! We now
have a dedicated dance venue, and the main performance room is larger
than our previous one. There is an in-hotel restaurant, the Formaggio, and a
Starbucks, which has agreed to adjust its hours to our needs.
Nearby are American and Japanese style restaurants. Parking at the
Marriott is free. The hotel has streamlined the reservation process with
Dedicated Room Reservation Page for
festival attendees. The hotel is located at 11211 Point East Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.
FESTIVAL ROOMS AT THE MARRIOTT RANCHO CORDOVA ARE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! - PLEASE READ |
Due to the devastating fires in nearby Paradise, CA, the Marriott has taken in residents from Atria Senior Living from Paradise, CA who had to evacuate quickly last Thursday, Nov. 8th due to the Camp Fire. The Marriott informed West Coast Ragtime Festival organizers of this situation because these residents from Atria need 50 of the hotel rooms that were set aside for West Coast Ragtime Festival attendees. So that the Atria residents do not have to be displaced again, the Marriott has asked West Coast if we could relocate 50 of our hotel rooms to the nearby Doubletree. If you currently have a reservation for the festival at Marriott and are willing to move to the Doubletree, the Marriott will pay for one of your room nights at the Doubletree and also provide a shuttling service between the hotels. The walking distance is about 3 minutes from the lobby of the Doubletree to the lobby of the Marriott. |
If you are willing to relocate to the Doubletree,
please call Zach Horch of the Marriott at (916) 861-2211. |

Getting There |
The Marriott is on Highway 50 at the Sunrise Blvd exit. It is visible to the south, and is the only 11-story building in sight. From downtown Sacramento, take a right at the
end of the Sunrise exit, left at the next light one block away (Folsom Blvd), left at next possible turn (one block), then left into the hotel lot. Parking is free. So it's one right and two lefts, all one-block distances. In a pinch, just look for the 11-story building.
Note: There are other Marriotts in Sacramento. This one is titled Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova and is not a "Courtyard" Marriott. If you Google it, be sure you have the right one!
If you're flying into Sacramento International Airport, you can take public transportation to the festival hotel. Take bus 042A (Green line) into downtown, getting off on J Street at either 6th Street or 8th Street, then walk to 7th Street to transfer to the Gold line lightrail (either by walking north to the 7th & I / Counter stop or south to the St Rose of Lima Park station. Take that lightrail all the way to the Sunrise station, which is directly across the street from the hotel.
If coming in via Greyhound, either take westbound bus 15 to the 8th & O stop and transfer to the Gold lightrail, or (much quicker, but not available on Saturday or Sunday) walk two blocks east from the Greyhound station to the Township 9 lightrail terminal. Take the Green line lightrail to the St Rose of Lima Park station then transfer to the Gold line. (The colors represent the decals on the train itself.) The lightrail stops across the street from the hotel at the Sunrise station.
