| Refund Requests for the Festival Badge cancellations must be in writing and postmarked no later than Nov. 2, 2022. A $10 handling charge will be applied. Refund requests postmarked after Nov. 2, 2022 will be issued as vouchers valid for the following year's West Coast Ragtime Festival. |
